平素より知恩院和順会館をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
和順会館では、お客さまに安心してご滞在いただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリー（リチウムイオン電池を使用する充電式バッテリー）等のご使用に際し、以下の点についてご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
1.客室を離れる際は、充電中のモバイルバッテリーをコンセントから外してください。
充電中に発火や異常が発生するおそれがあるため、外出時の充電はお控えください。
2.充電場所にご注意ください。
直射日光が当たる窓際、カーテン、ベッド・シーツなど可燃物の上での充電は避けてください。
3.充電中は常に状態をご確認ください。
異常な発熱、発煙、形状の変化、異臭などを感じた場合は直ちに使用を中止し、安全な場所に移してください。
4.破損・膨張・異常が疑われるバッテリーは使用をお控えください。
ひび割れ、変形、過度の熱を帯びるなどの症状がある場合は、使用を中止していただきますようお願いいたします。
5.清掃時の移動について
連泊で清掃を行う際、上記の状況が確認された場合、安全確保のためスタッフがモバイルバッテリー等の位置を移動させていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
6.その他のお願い

- 使用済・古いバッテリーは適切な方法で処理し、ごみとして安易に廃棄しないようお願いいたします。
- 万が一火災等の非常事態が発生した場合は、速やかに館内の避難誘導指示に従い、安全確保を最優先に行動をお願いいたします。

Notice Regarding the Use of Mobile Batteries
Thank you for choosing to stay at Chion-in Wajun Kaikan.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries (rechargeable batteries using lithium-ion cells) in guest rooms.
- Unplug mobile batteries when leaving the room.
Please refrain from leaving batteries charging while you are away, as there is a risk of fire or malfunction during charging.
- Be mindful of where you charge.
Avoid charging in direct sunlight or on flammable surfaces such as curtains, beds, or sheets.
- Check the charging condition regularly.
If you notice excessive heat, smoke, deformation, or an unusual smell, immediately stop using the battery and move it to a safe location.
- Do not use damaged or swollen batteries.
Please refrain from using batteries that are cracked, deformed, or unusually hot.
- During room cleaning
For guests staying multiple nights, if staff notice a potentially unsafe charging situation during cleaning, the position of your mobile battery or other devices may be adjusted for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- Other important notes
Please dispose of used or old batteries properly and do not throw them away as regular waste.
In the event of a fire or other emergency, please follow the evacuation instructions provided in the facility and prioritize your safety.
